We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase for any reason.
How long do I have to make a return?
All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.
What are my refund options?
Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:
- A full refund
- A replacement product
- An exchange
When will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Instructions
We’re happy to offer pre-paid return labels for quick, convenient return service.
Once an item of merchandise is delivered, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition you received it and must be in the original packaging. Miniatures cannot be removed from product cards. Miniatures removed from cards are not eligible for return.
Refunds And Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. Buyers are responsible for insuring the return is in original condition, is not damaged and, in the case of miniatures, have not been removed from original product cards. Buyers should note we will only refund the cost of merchandise returned in its original condition.
Damage In Transit
Your order is insured against damage or loss in transit. While we pack our shipments well and use crush proof boxes, damage can still occur. Please inspect all items prior to removing product cards, if breakage is not seen you may remove cards if desired. Please follow the instructions for removal printed on every card, soaking the items on a saucer of warm water will soften the glue making removal safe and easy. The remaining residue can be rinsed off with water. Do not peel cards from figurines standing on legs as this may cause damage.
Should you discover damage, simply notify us of the damaged shipment via the e-mail link on our contact page. A clear image of the damaged item and the box it arrived in is required to process a claim. Please note that removing product from cards voids this policy, we do not process claims or accept returns of products that have been separated from their factory cards.
Theft after delivery is not covered – it is the buyers responsibility to provide a shipping address and means of acceptance that is safe and secure.
